Candidates in Training

The Subspecialist Gurus

The depth of healthcare information is growing at an exponential rate. In this day and age, it is difficult to manage all of the information expected.

Specialty and added qualification allows physicians to dive to the deepest levels of the area of medicine they are most passionate about and provide superior quality care to a focused patient population.

Traditionally, Osteopathic Fellowship programs were on a case-by-case basis, with small numbers receiving highly integrated training from attending physicians in the field with maximum exposure. The types and locations of these fellowship programs have fluctuated over the years.

Residents trained in osteopathic endorsed residency programs enjoy the opportunities to access a plethora of fellowship options that can be located on various webpages. For osteopathic endorsed fellowship programs, please speak with our Program Director or access the AOA Opportunities portion on the AOA website.
